FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Full Time Training or Drop In’s – who decides? What’s best for my kiddo? Ultimately the choice between full-time and drop-in lies with the parent. If you are unsure what’s best, an MVP Coach will discuss with you all options after the assessment.
Does MVP T&F offer field events too? Yes. We offer training in Long Jump, High Jump, Triple Jump, and Javelin. If you have an interest in field events, please come talk with us. Those are done in individual sessions and we are open to other events if the interest is there.
Will practices be held at the same place every time? No. We put the athletes through different workouts throughout the season. While most practices will be at our training facility we will also explore other locations for hill work, bleacher work, and trails for distance. All sessions NOT help at the training facility will be marked on the schedule.
